Dispatch
Merchandise such as Clothing, Riding jackets and riding gears bought from Bigwing Kannur delivers across India served by Speed Post India. Free Shipping is applicable. After your order is confirmed, the products will be dispatched and the tracking number shared with you by Email using which you can know the status of your package.
Delivery
Standard Delivery time takes 3 - 7 business days.

Order Cancellation
In case you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can cancel the order within 12 hours after making the payment. Drop us a message on our Customer Care number 0497 3500284 and we will be happy to assist.

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards issued by major Indian Banks on our website as a payment option. You also have an option to pay by UPI, Net Banking. We do not support COD at the moment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In the rare occurrence of a defect in Clothing items bought from our online store, we will replace the product at no extra cost. Kindly return the product to us by Speed Post or any other reliable courier service and be sure to share the tracking number. Alternatively, you can also drop it at our Store in Kannur. Product Refunds will be processed within 4 working days and reimbursed to your original mode of payment.
